About Shashina, The HR Heroine

Shashina French, also known as The HR Heroine, is the Founder of HR POWER CONSULTING and the voice behind the HR POWER Podcast and Blog. With nearly two decades of cross-industry experience, she has led HR functions across finance, healthcare, logistics, retail and government contracting industries, including executive leadership development, compliance strategy, labor relations, mergers and acquisitions, and risk mitigation.

Her work blends compliance expertise and cultural intelligence to transform reactive HR environments into empowered, performance driven workplaces. Through her partnership with growing companies to implement scalable HR strategies that drive performance, protect culture, and reduce risk, she develops entrepreneurs into the HR hero of their own organization.
